Let's see - Agreed, Penn St. beat OSU, albeit on a fluke returned blocked FG. Does that make Penn St.' season better than OSU's? I think not. Penn St 1-1 against Top 10 opponents (crushed by Michigan). OSU against Top 10? Record of 3-1 (Michigan, Wisonsin, Oklahoma) and the fluke lost to Jerry Sandusky University. Strength of schedule and Overall record trump 1 loss.
